Undemanding Time
When I asked my friend what her favourite exercise with her horse is, she said: “Definitely undemanding time!”. Undemanding time is a very important exercise when building trust with your horse. When you’re able to move the horse’s feet, you gain their respect. When you give your horse undemanding time, you are fully present. Not asking for anything in return. You are listening to your horse. By being present with your horse, you are showing them your concern for their feelings.
